Diagnostics

Our pets are great at hiding their pain which can make spotting underlying health issues difficult. Because our patients cannot tell us how they feel or where it hurts, our team relies on high quality diagnostic tools to assess your pet’s unique needs and create a health assessment. We offer several in-house and referral laboratory specimen analyses as well as state-of-the-art imaging. Diagnostics are not just for sick patients, though. When you bring your pet in for a routine wellness visit, diagnostic screening tests are run to help us catch health issues before they become progressive diseases. If your pet’s diagnostic results reveal potential concerns, our veterinarians will discuss your pet’s condition, answer any questions and create a personalized treatment plan.

Diagnostic Imaging

Imaging is an essential here at New Berlin Veterinary Clinic, used to help keep your pets healthy. Digital imaging is a less invasive way to observe your pet’s internal health, providing a more thorough and accurate diagnosis. Our digital x-ray and ultrasound equipment provides fast, clear images so we can diagnose a fracture, locate a foreign object, evaluate pregnancies, pinpoint tumors, and diagnose a host of conditions affecting your animals. We also have the capability of digital dental x-rays so we can spot and treat problems beneath the gum line.

Radiographs (X-Ray)

Ultrasound

(EKG) Electrocardiogram
