Dr. Amy grew up in Mill Hall, PA where she was heavily involved in 4-H and showed sheep, goats, and horses. She attended Penn State University and earned a degree in Veterinary and Biomedical Sciences. At Penn State, she gained cattle experience while working on different dairy farms and learned how to evaluate livestock on the 2016 Livestock Judging team. Following this, Amy attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine where she focused on small animal and production medicine.
Amy enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but is especially interested in small animal preventative care, transition cow health, and small ruminant medicine. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, camping, and playing a wide variety of musical instruments.
